1. What kinds of stationery products do you sell? We offer a wide range of beautiful and functional stationery: notebooks & journals, planners & agendas, pens (gel, fountain, ballpoint), markers & highlighters, washi tapes, stickers & labels, sticky notes, desk organizers, pencil cases, and aesthetic desk accessories — perfect for journaling, planning, studying, or gifting.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these simple & clear options:
- Express Shipping — 3–6 business days → $20
- Free Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days → $0 (most popular!)
- Free Shipping (standard delivery) — 7–14 business days → $0
- Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days → $10
Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for free options). Times are estimates — holidays or location can affect delivery.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Express → 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free → 7–14 business days Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding US holidays). Tracking number sent by email once shipped.
5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original condition. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is usually your responsibility unless the item is damaged or we sent the wrong product. Full details → Returns page.
6. Is the paper fountain-pen friendly / bleed-proof? Many of our notebooks & journals are made with premium, thick paper (80–120gsm) that works beautifully with fountain pens, gel pens, and markers — very little to no bleed-through or feathering. Always check the product description for exact paper details.
7. Do you have eco-friendly or sustainable stationery? Yes! We carry recycled paper notebooks, plant-based pens, eco-friendly stickers, and sustainably sourced items. Look for the eco/sustainable tags on product pages.
